Welcome to Issimus! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients engaging with our services, including but not limited to Automation, IT, profile management, and sold email.

Services

We provide a range of services including:

  • Automation

  • Information Technology services

  • Cybersecurity

  • Profile and/or website management

  • Cold email

Each project is unique and defined by a mutual agreement between us and the client before work begins.

Payment Terms

  • For large projects, a minimum 25% upfront payment is required before work begins.

  • Remaining payments are due upon completion or based on agreed milestones.

  • For smaller projects, payment terms may be discussed case-by-case.

  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in project suspension and/or a late fee of 5% per week.

Revisions

  • Each project includes two rounds of free revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included ones will be billed separately.

Ownership & File Delivery

  • Clients are entitled to receive final deliverables, including source files, upon request and after full payment is received.

  • Ownership of the final work is transferred to the client once the full payment is made.

  • We reserve the right to retain project backups for internal records unless the client requests deletion.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted if the client paid upfront, and the project is canceled before any work has started.

  • No refunds will be issued after work has begun.

Deadlines

We respect all client-provided deadlines and strive to meet them. In the event of unexpected delays, clients will be notified as early as possible with full transparency.

Scope of Work

Any requests that fall outside of the original project scope will require a new agreement or may incur additional charges. Clients will be informed before any extra work is performed.

Unresponsiveness & Cancellation

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project. In such cases, any payments made are non-refundable

Portfolio Rights

We may showcase completed client work in our portfolio, website, or social media only if the client gives explicit permission. We fully respect confidentiality and will not share any work without approval

Confidentiality (NDA)

We treat all client materials, conversations, and in-progress work as strictly confidential. No details will be shared or disclosed to third parties unless the client gives written consent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide timely feedback, reference materials, and information needed to complete the project.

  • Make payments according to agreed terms.

  • Respect the revision limits and project boundaries.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the delivered assets. The client is responsible for reviewing final materials before public release or deployment.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, clients agree to the revised terms.
